When you access our website www.lexkuhn.com, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website's server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. ·     There is a legal obligation for disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c GDPR

·     It is legally permissible and necessary according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for the processing of contractual relationships with you

•   Rectification without delay of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us according to Art. 16 GDPR.

•   Erasure of your personal data stored by us pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR, unless processing is necessary for exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, compliance with a legal obligation, reasons of public interest, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

•   Restriction of processing your personal data pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR if you contest the accuracy of the data, the processing is unlawful but you oppose its erasure, we no longer need the data but you require it for legal claims, or you have objected to processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR.

•   Data portability according to Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or to request transmission to another controller.

•   Withdraw consent at any time pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR. This means we are no longer allowed to continue data processing based on this consent in the future.

•   Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR. You can usually contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or our law firm's location.

 

6. Right to Object


If your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, provided there are reasons arising from your particular situation or the objection is against direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which we will implement without requiring a particular situation. To exercise your right of withdrawal or objection, an email to the controller mentioned in Section 1 is sufficient.

We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction, or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.

Due to the further development of our website and offers or because of changed legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to change this privacy policy. The current privacy policy can be accessed and printed at any time on this website.
