Dr. Bernd Kuhn, LL.M.
Dr. Bernd Kuhn, LL.M., is the founder of Kuhn Rechtsanwälte and has over 20 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, financial transactions, media law, copyright law, competition law, civil and commerical law, corporate governance, and compliance.
He completed his law studies at the Universities of Bayreuth and Munich and was a research assistant at the Institute for European and International Business Law at the Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) of Munich. He was a research scholar at the University of Michigan Law School Ann Arbor, and has an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Philadelphia.
Before founding Kuhn Rechtsanwälte in 2003, Dr. Kuhn worked at KirchGroup in Munich in the fields of antitrust law and sports law.
With fluent English and professional proficiency in Spanish, Dr. Kuhn supports both German and international clients in a wide variety of legal matters.
